On May 7, 2024, the International Trade Administration published its preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
With these results, antidumping duty deposits are required for any merchandise falling under the scope of the case when entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after May 7, 2024. There is still an ongoing review to determine if retroactivity will apply in this case and will be determined later. The deposit rates are dependent upon the exporter and manufacturer combination, with the following ranges:
